How do I take care of my GOWIF device?
Store in a dry, cool place—avoid heat, humidity, or direct sunlight
Don’t place it on electronic devices
Avoid pressure or impact; keep the device intact
Never soak the device in liquid
If dropped, check for any damage or leakage before using again
How do I know when my GOWIF device is empty?
For non-transparent devices: No vapor with full battery likely means the e-liquid is finished
For display devices: If the screen shows low or empty oil level, it’s time for a new one
What if I receive a damaged e-cigarette product?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below:
Take clear photos or videos of the damaged product
Include your order number and a brief explanation

What should I do if I smell a burnt taste?
Stop using the device immediately.
If the pod is empty, replace it with a new one
If there’s still liquid inside, the pod may be faulty — replacing it is recommended
Why is my vape not producing vapor?
Here are some common causes and solutions:
1️⃣ Low e-liquid level / Faulty pod
Try replacing the pod with a new one to see if the issue is resolved.
2️⃣ Condensation or e-liquid blocking the connection points
Hold the pod upright and gently tap it on a table, then reinsert it into the device. This may release trapped air bubbles and allow the coil to reabsorb e-liquid.
Use a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of alcohol to clean the metal contacts on both the pod and the device.
3️⃣ Low battery
Check if the device has enough battery. If not, recharge it and try again.

Unopened pods stored under proper conditions have a shelf life of up to 1 year.
